Below is a reference guide for transaction codes used in SEC filings.
| Code | Transaction Type | Description |

| A | Grant, award, or other acquisition | Acquiring securities from the company, such as through an employee benefit plan. |
| D | Sale or transfer to company | Selling or transferring securities back to the company. |
| F | Payment | Using a portion of securities to pay the exercise price or tax liability. |
| G | Gift | A bona fide gift of securities, either by or to the insider. |
| K | Equity swaps | Engaging in equity swaps or similar hedging transactions. |
| M | Exercise or conversion of derivative security | Exercising a derivative security like a stock option. |
| P | Purchase | Purchasing securities, either on an exchange or through a private transaction. |
| S | Sale | Selling securities on an exchange or to another person. |
| V | Voluntary report | A transaction that is voluntarily reported on Form 4. |
| J | Other transactions | Other types of transactions that require a footnote to describe them. |
